When it comes to time, we charge $100 per hour for most customers, charged in half hour blocks. We do not charge a call-out fee or for travel time.
There is a minimum charge of 1 hour, so $100 and then $50 for each half hour after that.
Don't worry that the price will get out of hand. If it looks to us that we'll go over the initial hour we will discuss that with you first. Sometimes it is well worth it, but other times it may not be the case.
And, of course, everything we fix comes with our 14 day warranty. If the same problem returns within that period, we'll fix it again for free.
Don't forget too... if we can't fix it, there's no charge.
Prices quoted for custom builds or other hardware are inclusive of installation.
Business customers are charged at a higher rate but for this premium they receive priority response and do not pay a weekend or public holiday surcharge.

Cancellation Policy
For non-business customers, cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a fee equivalent to a half hour of our time, so currently $50. This will be added at the time of your replacement appointment or billed via mail if no replacement appointment is booked.
Business customers do not incur a cancellation fee. This is one of the reasons business customers are charged at a higher rate.
